Retrieval, agents and reasoning pipelines that unlock the value trapped inside SAP-era business processes. Less hype, more boring wins at scale: reliable extraction, safe automation, measurable decision quality.

What does it take to run an AI system every day without surprises? Observability, evaluation harnesses, safe rollouts, cost control, and a healthy respect for failure modes. I care more about the 99th-percentile Tuesday than the launch demo.
